I would definitely buy a car from them again! I purchased a used xc90 site unseen from out of state; and Michael Mason and John, and the rest of their team made the whole experience easy and go so smoothly! They were helpful and professional and never pushy. They made the car seem brand new, paid for shipping, and didn't add any extra fees. My car arrived looking like a brand new car. Michael told me it drives like a dream and I can say he was right!

Everyone was helpful, punctual and ready when I arrived. This is my fourth Volvo and I would recommend Volvo Oklahoma City to everyone.

It was the best dealership buying experience I have ever had and I have bought a lot of cars. I had gotten acquainted with Kristina in service from bringing in my old Volvo. She took great care of me including shuttle rides to Norman. When I decided I wanted a newer one I looked at the website and found the exact one I was looking for. I asked Kristina to recommend a salesperson. I don’t like pushy and I don’t like to be pressured and I don’t like to spend hours in finance as anyone who buys a new car knows. Brought my car in for a tire rotation and a few minor issues I had discovered with the car. Kristina once again went above and beyond with everything! Communication throughout the whole process, explaining everything that's going on, and they even got the car ready sooner than expected. I also want to say what an amazing job the technicians in the shop do as well. They found something else that I hadn't even noticed and they fixed it. It was covered under warranty but the attention to detail back there is superb. I really appreciate you all!

I had the easiest and quickest car buying experience I have ever had this weekend. I drove from Tulsa to look at a couple of certified pre-owned Volvos. Carl wass extremely patient with my million questions leading up to me driving to look at the cars. I was on the lot about 2.5 hours. That included driving a couple of cars, doing the finance paperwork and Carl walking me step by step through setting up/personalizing my car. I couldn't be happier with my Volvo S60 or the car buying experience. This is my first Volvo, but I'm sure it won't be my last. There was ZERO pressure from Carl or the finance department. I knew if I wanted to say never mind at any point they would have walked me to my car with a smile and a farewell hand shake.

Paul was amazing! I went in there with my guard up, not trusting any salesman to my previous experience. He walked me the whole way through. He explained everything in detail. He assured me of everything not only was he telling me the truth, but I trusted him, and even though it took me a second to get there, I realized He really was trying to help me. He was showing me everything right on the paperwork etc Listening to me about how I only could only afford a certain amount a month. He didn’t try any tricks. He understood that’s what I really needed not what they needed explained it thoroughly. He was always nice and awesome on the phone and even better when I met him he knew that I wanted this specific car He didn’t try to talk me into a more expensive one , The manager, Kale was awesome too he even was on the phone with my bank And helped me to the fullest. If you’re tired of salesman that don’t care about your income, don’t care about the payment you want Knowing you can’t afford it I highly recommend this place they made me feel very comfortable and I’m very satisfied. After I inquired about the car, drove it and they did not blow my phone up. They did not pressure me into anything. All from inquiring to purchasing Thank you all for everything.

She promised to follow up in the next day or two to see if a loaner becomes available or to confirm my appointment, which is just amazing service.
